Weekly Menu

Hope everyone had a great weekend!  We ended up going out to eat quite a bit this weekend, which is always good for recipe inspiration... but also when you need a break from being 'trapped' inside your house all winter.  We tried a couple new-to-us restaurants including the Walrus and Super Chef's, both for brunch!  :)

We also finally went to the Columbus Museum of Art for the first time since they expanded.  So many more exhibits now!  I'm typically more of a painting art appreciator since it is easier for me to find meaning in it, but the wire sculpture and the room with just a giant barrel on a rope were really neat.

Today was so nice that we went for a walk around Blendon Woods.  There was an entire flock of turkeys!  And all kind of ducks in the wildlife sanctuary.  We were looking for bald eagles that have been spotted at the northern Columbus metroparks, but no such luck.  Then coming back home I found signs of Spring everywhere!  Hopefully that means the groundhog was right and Spring is here soon!

Alright, here is this week's menu...

shrimp tacos
crab cakes and steamed broccoli
salmon sliders and crispy potatoes
broccoli cheddar pot pies (carryover from last week)
stuffed shells

Yum
